ניתן למסור הודעת ביטול באמצעות הטופס שבעמוד הזה, בדוא"ל או בוואטסאפ. הגשת הבקשה אינה מותנית בשיחה עם נציג.
- אפשר לבטל בתוך 14 ימים ממועד העסקה או ממועד קבלת מסמך הגילוי, לפי המאוחר, כל עוד מתן השירות טרם החל ולא ניתנה גישה לתוכן הדיגיטלי. דמי הביטול: 5% ממחיר העסקה או 100 ₪, לפי הנמוך.
- אם לפני תחילת ההתקנה התברר שהמכשיר או הגרסה אינם תואמים, או שההתקנה נכשלה מסיבה הנובעת ישירות משירות OPEN HEB - החזר מלא ללא דמי ביטול.
- מי שזכאים לפי הדין לתקופת ביטול של ארבעה חודשים (אנשים עם מוגבלות, אזרחים ותיקים ועולים חדשים) מתבקשים לציין זאת בסיבת הביטול.
- בסיום השליחה מוצג אישור קליטה עם מספר פנייה, תאריך ושעה.

You can give notice of cancellation using the form on this page, by email or on WhatsApp. Submitting a request does not depend on speaking to a representative.
- You can cancel within 14 days of the transaction or of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later, as long as the service has not started and no access to the digital content has been given. Cancellation fee: 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower.
- If before the installation starts it turns out that the device or version is not compatible, or the installation failed for a reason caused directly by the OPEN HEB service - full refund with no cancellation fee.
- People entitled by law to a four-month cancellation period (people with disabilities, senior citizens and new immigrants) are asked to state this in the reason for cancelling.
- When you send the form, you get a receipt with a request number, date and time.

يمكن تقديم إشعار الإلغاء عبر النموذج في هذه الصفحة أو بالبريد الإلكتروني أو عبر واتساب. تقديم الطلب لا يتوقف على التحدث مع ممثّل.
- يمكن الإلغاء خلال 14 يومًا من موعد الصفقة أو من موعد استلام مستند الإفصاح، أيهما أبعد، ما دامت الخدمة لم تبدأ ولم يُمنح وصول إلى المحتوى الرقمي. رسوم الإلغاء: 5% من السعر أو 100 ₪، أيهما أقل.
- إذا تبيّن قبل بدء التركيب أن الجهاز أو الإصدار غير متوافق، أو فشل التركيب لسبب ناتج مباشرة عن خدمة OPEN HEB - استرداد كامل دون رسوم إلغاء.
- من يحق لهم وفق القانون فترة إلغاء مدتها أربعة أشهر (الأشخاص ذوو الإعاقة وكبار السن والمهاجرون الجدد) مدعوّون لذكر ذلك في سبب الإلغاء.
- عند إرسال النموذج يظهر تأكيد استلام مع رقم الطلب والتاريخ والوقت.
